Shero Commerce is ramping up our marketing, and we need an experienced graphic designer to elevate our visual style.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and UI/UX Designer to create assets for various channels. Think blog post graphics, Case Studies, socialmediachannels, email newsletters, and more.
All of your designs will follow our established brand standards and fit the overall Shero vibe. We like a clean and simple look, but we know that simple doesn’t always mean easy. Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt designs according to feedback are essential skills for this role.
At Shero, we work together like an orchestra, not rock starswe only hire people who believe in teamwork and collaboration. You’ll need solid written and verbal communication skills in English and a drive to work well with people from all backgrounds.

Requirements
- Creating featured and in-body imagesmostly illustrationsfor blog posts amp; newsletters
- Creating portfolio images for our Case Studies amp; implementing them into existing layouts
- When needed, improving the design of existing pages and creating new pages for the Shero website
- Creating assets for social media channels, infographics, etc.
- Creating templates for Google Docs amp; Google Slides (for sales amp; internal presentations)
- Editing profile images
Requirements

A Shero Graphic Designer needs:
Proficiency with our tools:
- Mac OS: This position requires using a Mac, as some of our design tools are Mac-only.
- Sketch: Editing existing pages amp; creating new pages
- InVision: Sharing designs for collaboration amp; feedback; layout for newsletters, web pages, etc.
- Adobe Photoshop: Editing images amp; creating mock-ups
- Adobe Illustrator (or an equivalent tool of your choice): Editing illustrations, icons, etc.
Not Required, but Major Bonuses:
- Ability to create illustrations from scratch
