Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a diverse breakfast buffet, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and stock levels for breakfast items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new breakfast menu items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet area.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of breakfast cuisine and buffet presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
