About the Project:

Balkan Tour Operator is expanding its network of local suppliers across the Balkans and Central Europe.
We are looking for an experienced tourism professional based in Croatia, with solid experience in the inbound tour operator sector, to join our short-term project for supplier procurement and contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact local suppliers across Croatia, including:
  • Hotels (3*, 4*, 5*)
  • Local restaurants and wineries
  • Licensed tourist guides
  • Transport companies and coach operators
• Negotiate rates and conditions on behalf of Balkan Tour Operator.
• Collect entrance fees for all major cultural and natural sites.
• Compile rates for special activities (boat tours, folk shows, tastings, workshops).
• Prepare a complete supplier database and coordinate weekly with the head office.
  

Requirements:

• Based in Croatia.
• 3+ years of experience in inbound tourism or DMC operations.
• Strong local network in the tourism industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
