Job Description

The primary goals will be to accelerate the introduction of our Independent ATM business in Albania by providing complete technical support, infrastructure required and vendor management in compliance with local and global standards in financial services industry.

We seek to employ an accomplished and ambitious Operations Coordinator with the proven capacity to build business from scratch and lead expansion nationwide, with experience that combines strategic insights and hands-on mentality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication flow with external providers: Security, Installation, Transportation, CIT companies etc.
  • Provision of local support to Euronet's centralized Operations functions.
  • Project management, testing and supporting implementation.
  • Definition of scope, set up of measuring points, dependences, processes set up testing, documentation and manual preparation, SLA monitoring and ensuring its reflection in invoice reductions.
  • Developing strategies towards ATM availability improvement, failure avoidance, revenue increase and cost optimization.
  • Management and maintenance of the ATM inventory and installation sites in dedicated systems.
  • Site surveys and related documentation management to prepare site documentation, taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between the local management team and full suppliers chain involved in site preparation.
  • Coordination of internal Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents.

Requirements

  • University degree with Engineering or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions, in such sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications or retail.
  • Prior experience in project coordination; experience with ATM systems and ATM software would be considered as an advantage.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Proven track record in planning, issue management and quality assurance in complex IT and operational projects with different platforms and systems. A solid track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Fluency in English
