We are seeking for motivated and responsible Senior Administrator.

You will be working closely with with Country Manager, assisting in various office operations, providing clerical support and prioritizing, coordinating amp; completing all daily administrative activities on-time amp; effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinatingoffice activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Managing various administration tasks: calendar agendas/travel arrangements/scheduling meetings and appointments for the upper management/providing general support to visitors.
  • Responsible for general documents/contracts management system (physical and electronic filing) organizing a filing system for company documents.
  • Recording, distributing, and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages).
  • Responding to phone calls and directing incoming calls.
  • Translating low-complexity documents/checking translations.
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
  • Maintaining office conditions and arranging necessary repairs, liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services.
  • Providing any kind of general business support under concrete guidelines.
  • Providing assistance to finance, HR (absence management), or/and other departments, as per Country manager’s assessment of requirements for those tasks.
  • Using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.)
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with external and internal customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration /Economy or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative support to management.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Paying attention to details, willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in local language, good knowledge of English language.
  • Active driver's license.
  • Experience in a relevant position will be an advantage.
