We are seeking for a Customer Service Engineer for our operations in Albania (Tirana), with customer-focus experience and technical skills to provide the desired post-sale technical support services to Printec's customers based on technology solutions and maintain trusted relationships with our customers.
You will be responsible for improving Printec's product performance and customer satisfaction through on-time amp; successful installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products amp; services. You will bring customer focus, consultative sales experience, problem-solving skills, passion for technology amp; best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering results.
