Responsibilities
- Create and develop innovative and visually appealing designs for print and web-based projects, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling designs that convey the right message to our target audience.
- Work with outside vendors and agencies to ensure brand consistency and adherence to company design standards.
- Develop and implement creative design solutions that align with the company's strategies and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies, continuously improving design skills and knowledge.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to key stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design within the computer software industry.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience designing for print and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
